With over 15 years of leading renowned restaurants across the UK and competing in the semi-finals of Masterchef 2019, esteemed chef Arbinder Singh Dugal will be returning to Weston Hall, & this time he will be demonstrating a masterclass in our Westminster Suite.

Known for his style of Progressive Indian cuisine, Arbinder will be using a combination of French and European cooking techniques to create a selection of evocative dishes bursting with flavour, using locally sourced ingredients from the Staffordshire countryside.

Friday 21st April Cooking Masterclass
This will include a cooking showcase and also a Q&A with Arbinder himself and then a 2 course meal with a glass of champagne on arrival.

Saturday 22nd April
A 5 course tasting menu in The Cellar Restaurant
